Gift Aid to Teesdale Sailing Club

The club strives to keep its fees at levels which reflect our normal running costs.  We are non profit making commensurate with being a Community Amateur Sports Club (CASC).

One way of keeping fees low is a requirement for all our members to contribute their time by duties, work-days or by helping the committee with their personal skills.   This is implicit when we sign up to membership.

A second effective way to keep fees low is for us to take full advantage of our CASC status by adding a donation when we pay our club fees.  This would allow us to claim Gift Aid from HMRC and provide an additional 25% income on top of that donation.

Our club plans to develop over the next few years but we do need extra funds in order to match some of the grants which we may be able to obtain.  This is over and above the normal day to day running costs.

Current Development Target:

Acquire second safety boat

 £3000 to £5000
