I/we apply for membership of Teesdale Sailing Club Ltd on the understanding that, If elected, I/we will be bound by the Memorandum of Association and Rules/Bye-Laws of the Club. I/we appreciate that election to membership of the Club involves participation in tasks associated with the running of Teesdale Sailing Club, and I/we am/are prepared to undertake a share of this work.

I/we confirm that I/we am/are insured to sail, with personal liability cover to the minimum value of £1,000,000 for each and every boat/windsurfer/canoe that I/we may sail at the Club.

Though rescue boat facilities are generally available, I/we understand that all sailing is undertaken at my/our own risk.
